Captain Alex And Chef Carla

Experienced, fun and committed to first class service. Together Alex and Carla represent over 20 years in the charter business and over 10 years in high end food service. Alex ran a 140’ Topsail Schooner for 12 years on a first class charter vessel and has extensive knowledge on not only what makes yachts run well but what makes vacations fun with lasting memories.

Alex is a knowledgeable, charismatic, friendly, seasoned sailor who has sailed over 260,000 miles including 15 ocean crossings. His vast knowledge of sailing, including a MCA/RYA Master Ocean Certification (commercially endorsed), is coupled with a detailed understanding of the Caribbean Islands and knowledge of little known beautiful spots.

Also an expert in both kids and cocktails Alex is as at home entertaining the little ones as he is whizzing up a pina colada.
Born in Italy but raised in Brazil, Carla is a superstar in the galley specializing in tasty Italian, European, North American and Spanish cuisine. She has a passion for client service detail and loves to deliver those special touches that bring smiles to all her guests. You will be asking for her amazing recipes when you reluctantly leave Carla’s kitchen. Carla speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese but is best versed in the language of excellent service and tasty fun.
